We rolled into Seattle with the motorcoach. What a beautiful city it is.
Pacific Raceways is definitely close to the nicest facility we race at. NASCAR doesn’t even get close to this market. The race went a lot like the race at Chicago — we were great qualifying, got the pole on Friday and even improved our time on Saturday.
The short version is that we made it to the final round. But these 8,000 horsepower nitro-breathing cars decide to do what they want by themselves sometimes….

I was pretty happy to see tony going for the last round in seattle, I looked forward all year long for the NHRA event to come to seattle and to be able to see tony go as far as he went. tony you did a grat job in seattle and I am proud of you hope to see you as a champion this year.
